The package containing three types of projectors, including SP09, P09-II and P10 arrived three days before the expected time of delivery (ETA), without any damaged. Five of the products have been tested so far by local IT Specialist and all are in good condition. Shelly Jian had excellent client-centered and effective communication skills in ensuring that her customers make informed decision. I learned a lot from her doing the transactions and she was very helpful in explaining the differences in each of the products. I am also hoping to place in a new order as soon as possible.
